رأسمالية الدولة والشيوعية
عندما قامت ثورة أكتوبر في روسيا عام 1917 وصعد الحزب البلشفي
إلى رأس السلطة، وجد البلاشفة أنفسهم في محل الإجابة على سؤال: كيف يدار الإقتصاد بعد
نجاح الثورة؟ أو كيف تعمل الشيوعية الآن؟ لقد أوجز لينين الإجابة في كتابه “الدولة
والثورة”، الذي كتبه بين شهري أغسطس وسبتمبر 1917، قائلاً أن المهمة الأولى للحزب البلشفي
أن ينظم الإقتصاد كله طبقًا لنمط البريد البيروقراطي، أي الدفع نحو اقتصاد رأسمالي
دولاني. بينما على الجانب الآخر أجاب الأناركي نستور ماخنو، قائد الثورة الأوكرانية،
عام 1918 على مندوبي عمال السكك الحديدية الذين قدموا إليه ليسألوه كيف تقيم هيئتهم
علاقة بالهيئات العمالية والمهنية الأخرى، فأوصاهم بأن ينظموا أنفسهم بأنفسهم في مجلس
منتخب ديموقراطيًا ومستقل عن أي حزب ثم ينفذون اللوائح التي صدقوا عليها في مؤتمر العمال
العام، أي ترك لهم حرية التنظيم والإدارة.
